Every
1-2 Months

Using a clean, dry, cloth wipe the gate operator shaft and then apply
a silicone spray. This will help to reduce friction in extreme temperature
ranges and help the actuator move freely. · If using a solar panel
to charge your battery, wipe the solar panel free of dust and dirt. |
Make sure the wheels on the gate track are
working properly.

3-4 Months |
Check gate hinges to make sure gate is swinging smoothly and freely.
Lubricate gate hinges if needed. |
Check that all safety sensors are working properly and make sure the
reversing operation of the gate is functioning. |
Every
2 Years (or less) |
Change batteries in your transmitters and gate opening system to assure
optimal performance. A weak signal from your transmitter may cause the
gate opening system to operate erratically. |
