Solar Tax Credit Information for Polaris Gate Openers

Polaris Gate Openers certifies that all Polaris Gate Openers listed here qualify for a credit allowance of 30 percent - as authorized by the Internal Revenue Code Section 25D under the definition provided in paragraph d.2.

Such qualification is conditional to:
1) The solar panel must provide the only source of energy for the Polaris automatic gate opener.
2) The Polaris gate opener and the solar panel must be used in a residence located in the United States.
3) The place of installation must be residence of the taxpayer.
